My package is missing/delayed, I need help.

After a package is paid for and shipped, we have no control over where is goes or what happens to it. All of this responsibility is transferred to the shipping company, USPS. We’d like to help, but there isn’t anything that we’re able to do about the package. Please contact USPS directly to know about what happened to your package. If it is missing, then go to this link, and if it is delayed, then check the email that you put in the contact info when you purchased. If there isn’t an email, then either file a complaint here or check the FAQ. If there is an email, follow the instructions listed. جزاكم الله خيراً

What different products can be expected in the future?

Do you accept refunds?

Upon purchase from “Dar Al Falah”, you agree to our NO RETURN/REFUND policy.
