What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom

How can I track my order?

Check your email for a tracking number. If you can’t find one, then contact us over our socials or our email. Once you have your tracking number, head to: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

My package is missing/delayed, I need help.

After a package is paid for and shipped, we have no control over where is goes or what happens to it. All of this responsibility is transferred to the shipping company, USPS. We’d like to help, but there isn’t anything that we’re able to do about the package. Please contact USPS directly to know about what happened to your package. If it is missing, then go to this link, and if it is delayed, then check the email that you put in the contact info when you purchased. If there isn’t an email, then either file a complaint here or check the FAQ. If there is an email, follow the instructions listed. جزاكم الله خيراً

What different products can be expected in the future?

We are planning on expanding into selling small books, women’s clothing (Abaya, Khimar, Niqab, etc.), and perfumes in the future إن شاء الله. Follow our socials to stay updated so you don’t miss our new drops and deals!

Do you accept refunds?

Upon purchase from “Dar Al Falah”, you agree to our NO RETURN/REFUND policy.

Generally, we accept no refunds. Exceptions might be made on individual cases depending on the circumstances and reasons for requesting a refund. If you’d like to contact us, fill out the form at the bottom of this page to send us an email, or DM us on our socials (linked below).

How is shipping cost calculated at checkout?

Our shipping cost within the United States across all territories is $12.51-$13.51 depending on package weight. $13.51 is the highest we charge.

Shipping to Canada costs $26 as a base, regardless of quantity or distance, and increases gradually as more quantity is ordered and the package becomes heavier.

Shipping to the United Kingdom costs $32 at a minimum, and as the weight of the package increases, the cost also increases.

Keep in mind this isn’t our price, this is what USPS charges, and other companies such as DHL and UPS charge at least $120 for small packages weighing a single pound. Shipping outside of the United States tends to be expensive regardless of how small the package is.
